About Hannah Rose
Â
I’m Hannah Rose — an international yoga teacher of teachers, healer, and mentor, devoted to creating spaces where nervous systems can soften, sensation can be felt, and presence can lead. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have taught more than 3,000 hours of classes, trainings, and retreats since becoming certified in 2015.Â
My work is devoted to embodiment as a living relationship — one that restores trust between body, consciousness, and life itself.
I work through Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Akashic listening, and embodied devotion as practices of staying with what is true.Â
I lead from the clarity of spirit and the intelligence of the body —
from a consciousness that listens,
and a body that knows how to receive.
A Lived Path
Â
My approach is shaped by a rare union -- disciplined military training alongside lifelong devotion to healing and spiritual study, including reflexology and quantum energy bodywork. I hold space from a warriors steadiness and a healers heart, with deep respect for the bodys innate intelligence.
At eighteen, sudden blindness alongside a connective tissue disease radically reoriented my understanding of healing and perception. When traditional ideology told me I would never see again, I learned -- through neccesity -- that the body does not care about prognosis. It responds to belief, emotional honesty and the willingness to transform ones relationship with life itself.
I learned to listen inwardly-- cultivating an intimate relationship with sensation, intuition and soul level inner knowing. My sight returned. And with it, an unshakable knowing that healing is possible when possibility, presence, and devotion align. This wisdom continues to inform my work-- not as promise of outcomes, but as an invitation into relationship, self trust and the intelligence already within.
How I teach
Â
I believe embodiment is the doorway.
My work begins by creating conditions where breath can slow, rhythm can return, and presence can be felt — until something essential arrives.
Before asking for change, commitment, or devotion, I meet the body.
Yoga, as I teach it, is not about posture or progress.
It is how safety lands in the body. How consciousness learns to stay.
I understand practice as a way of listening-- for spirit to inhabit the body as a place of truth, belonging and co-creation.
From embodiment, devotion arises naturally.
Â
Devotion, in my experience, is not a technique or a discipline.
It is a relationship that ripens over time — through seasons of tenderness, clarity, uncertainty, and growth.
My work with the Akashic Records extends this same orientation, offering orientation and guidance without hierarchy, and strengthening self-trust from the inside out.
As receptivity deepens, responsibility follows. Integration becomes essential. Some of my work is devoted to supporting this process slowly and ethically — through structures that allow depth to emerge without urgency.
At its heart, my work harmonizes natural rhythm with nervous system relationship, so what is both mundane and sacred can be lived fully — and genuinely enjoyed.
In all contexts, my intention is the same:
to guide people back to their own inner authority,
where devotion remembers itself.
So that healing isn´t the point.
Living is.
Lineage &Â Gratitude
I hold deep respect for the teachers, traditions, and lineages that have shaped my path, and for the wider mandala of influence that continues to inform my integration of yoga, subtle body work, and Akashic healing.
In Daily Life
I live in Baja, Mexico with my husband and our dog, Luna. Much of my life unfolds by the ocean — surfing, swimming, cooking, baking and tending the simple rhythms that keep my pisces spirit grounded and alive. I value a life that feels real, connected, and fun.
Advanced Work
Alongside public classes and offerings, I work privately with a small number of students through longer-term mentorship and in-person immersions.
This work is relational, spacious, and held with discernment.
It is not intended for everyone.
For those who feel called beyond classes and sessions into deeper devotional work, that path is explored through inquiry.
